ABOUT RECORDING COSTS

Recording "on location"  (audio only)

Up to 2 hours of recording .................................................................................... $175.00

Includes:

  • 4.5 hours labor (1.5 hrs setup, 2 hrs recording + 1 hr of editing)
  • All materials and (1) CD "proof" = $10.00

Does NOT include:

  • Recording time beyond 2 hours which is billed at : $50.00/hour.
  • Travel which is billed at .40 mile.
  • Motels and meals (Per Diem) $65.00.

 

Recording "on location" (including video)

Up to 2 hours of recording......................................................................................$305.00

Includes:

  • 4.5 hours labor (1.5 hrs setup, 2 hrs recording + 2 hr of editing)
  • All materials and (1) DVD "proof" = $10.00

Does NOT include:

  • Recording time beyond 2 hours which is billed at : $65.00/hour.
  • Travel which is billed at .40 mile.
  • Motels and meals (Per diem) $65.00.
  • Additional camera operators (required in certain venues) at $100.00 per evening.

 

We travel anywhere in the country. If you wish to record near Christmas or Easter, please contact us early since many churches and schools schedule special programs at these times.
